Hair Vision Salon – Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit Policy:
- A $50 deposit is required for all first-time clients booking chemical services. Our team will contact you after booking to arrange payment. Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We kindly ask all clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

For first-time clients who have paid a deposit, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit. Forfeited deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward future appointments.

When selecting a service, our system may automatically show the next available appointment, which could be several days or weeks in the future rather than the date you initially searched for.

We’ve recently had several guests arrive on the wrong day because of this confusion. To avoid any inconvenience, please review your confirmation carefully and make sure the appointment date and time are correct before completing your booking.

Booking with Thu:

Thu will now be working three days per week. To better manage her availability, she will be accepting appointments exclusively by phone. Online booking remains available for all other team members. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to call us directly to schedule with Thu.
